Engr. Mohaimen Pasawilan

Engr. Japheth Jeuel Guico

A Magna Cum Laude graduate from De La Salle University – Manila, one of the country's leading institutions for engineering education. He further proved his competence by successfully passing the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination in April 2024 with an outstanding average rating of 91.50%.

With a strong academic background and a clear understanding of structural engineering concepts, Engr. Guico brings both knowledge and dedication to the classroom. He aims to help reviewees develop a deeper understanding of structural analysis and design, strengthening their problem-solving skills and preparing them to confidently tackle the challenges of the CELE.

Engr. Christian Benedict Padillo

A graduate of the University of Manila and obtained his license as Registered Civil Engineer last April 2025, bringing with him a strong academic background and a deep passion for teaching aspiring Civil Engineers. With his clear explanations and practical approach to problem-solving, he aims to help students build a solid understanding of key engineering concepts and prepare effectively for the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.

Engr. Lance Aldrich Fausto

A graduate of the Bicol State College of Applied Science and Technology, Class of 2025, Engr. Fausto completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with commendable academic performance. He went on to pass the November 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE), and passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination last February 2026, earning impressive scores that highlight both his mastery of core subjects and his dedication to the field.

Engr. John Paul Reynales

Earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He also completed his academic units in the Master of Science in Civil Engineering major in Structural Engineering at the same institution.

He is a former instructor at FAL Conducive Engineering Review Center and Inhinyero Review Center. In addition, he previously served as a faculty member of Rizal Technological University, handling classes in both the Mandaluyong and Pasig campuses.

With his strong academic foundation, extensive teaching experience, and commitment to excellence, Engr. Reynales is dedicated to helping reviewees not only pass the board exam but truly master the fundamentals of Civil Engineering with confidence and competence.

Engr. Joehaimin Samedon

A graduate of Cotabato State University (CSU) and a dedicated College Instructor, Engr. Engr. Luke Andrei Matheson Manalang

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Major in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas – Manila. He successfully passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination in November 2025.

Engr. Manalang brings with him strong academic training in geotechnical engineering and a passion for guiding aspiring Civil Engineers in their journey toward becoming licensed professionals.
